The New Rochelle Public Library and Downtown New Rochelle Business Improvement District is kicking of the summer reading challenge, “Oceans of Possibilities”, with a fun-filled morning featuring bubbles, balloons and, of course, books! Kids and families are sure to have a “fin-tastic” time! Activities and events include:

*Boggie through the bubbles with The Bubble Bus

*Get a sparkly tattoo

*Make a sea creatre craft

*Take fun photos
