The National Scholastic Chess Foundation presents chess instruction that teaches
chess along with its historical development. The class is open to all students in
grades 5-12 and to parents and interested adults. This 10-week class will be led by
a NSCF Senior Instructor in 2 parts: Fall 2019 and Winter 2020.
Each class features lessons from the book, Great Moves, chess problem-solving,
fun games and competitive play. There is no pre-requisite other
than a reading level of 5th grade or aboveFree.
